Return & Refund Policy

If you have received a damaged, broken, or torn product from us, you may be entitled to a refund. We provide some of the best customer service in the market. Our Return & Refund Policy is provided below:


1- When Are You Eligible For A Return?

You are only eligible for a return in the following cases:

  • The delivered product is broken or damaged.
  • If the item is bought in a Sale and appears damaged, you are still eligible for a refund. 
  • We do not accept any returns after 15 days of successful delivery.
  • We do not accept any returns in any case other than the product being damaged. 
  • All the items you received with the delivery (Packaging, Bills, etc.) should be kept, and only then will the return be initiated. 


2- How Much Time Does A Refund Typically Take?

We take around 7 to 10 days to complete the refund process from our side. In case it takes longer than that, you can contact us for further queries. 


3- How Does The Refund Policy Work?

The reimbursement procedure will begin once the item is received at our warehouse, checked against the rates charged by other retailers for similar items, and evaluated to ascertain its eligibility. 

The money will be refunded to your initial mode of payment within a period of 7 to 10 working days from the date we initiate the refund process. Some delays are possible because of the bank you have your account in, make sure you follow up with them in case the delay occurs.
